(a) All mosquito proof netted windows should be kept closed.

(b) You can request for hair dryers, sewing kits and earplugs from
the House Keeping Department.

(c) Both hot and cold water are available. Please wait at least 7 to10 minutes to get the water warm.If hot water is not available, please inform the Reception.

(d) In case of power failure, you should stay where you are.
We will start our standby generator immediately.

(e) The dinning room is open from 7a.m to 10 p.m.. If you would like to have your breakfast earlier, please inform the Reception in advance.

(f) Please request in advance for late check-out.

(g) We can arrange boat rentals, guides and food hampers for sightseeing trips.
